Alternatively you can make a booking in person with one of our local agents – VisitScotland Tourist Information Centre, George Square, Glasgow or the SPT ticket desks at Glasgow, Hamilton & East Kilbride Bus Stations and Glasgow airport.

Booking Information
- Discount applies to those passengers over the age of 60, under the age of 16 years or students.
- Entry fees for visitor attractions and meals are NOT included. Reduced entry fees available on Maxwell’s Heartland Tours.
- Price for Driver and Guide only. All return times are approximate.
- Minimum Number of passengers required for tour departure is 6.
- Fuel Surcharges may apply and will be noted at the time of booking.
Private & Tailor-Made Tours
 Maxwell’s Heartland offers excellent custom built private tours tailored to your requirements. Maybe spend more time at Loch Ness or the Isle of Skye. Whatever you decide, talk to us first on what your requirements are and let us do the rest. We have a choice of 8, 16, 33 & 49 seat luxury vehicles which enables us to cater for any size of group.

Terms & Conditions
1. Cancellations By You: Refunds are not applicable if the cancellation occurs less than 3 days for 1 day tour and 14 days before the start of the 3 day tour only; Refunds for cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the tour will be charged at 10% of the total cost.
2. Cancellations by us: Maxwell’s Heartland reserve the right to cancel tours at its own discretion, full refunds will be given if cancellation occurs directly by the company.
3. Alteration of our tour itineries: Maxwell’s Heartland reserve the right to alter tour itineries due to extenuating circumstances such as weather, availability to attractions etc.
4. Entrance fees are not included in the price; however reduced rates may be available to Maxwells’s Heartland customers.
5. Luggage: Passengers are restricted to one medium sized bag and one carry on bag per person. Any damage to luggage is at the passengers own risk and the company will not be held responsible.
6. Decorum: Maxwell’s Heartland reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offence or upset to other passengers. In such cases full cancellation charges apply and the company shall have no further liability to the passenger.
7. Insurance: Maxwell’s Heartland strongly recommends that all passengers travelling have suitable travel, medical and cancellation insurance.
8. Footwear and clothing: Maxwell’s Heartland advises customers that their apparel should be suitable for Walking and wet weather; the company will not be responsible for any injuries or discomfort caused by inadequate clothing or footwear. |
